Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Refunds are only issued for machine malfunctions or verified service issues. Claims must be made within 24 hours of the issue. Refunds are not provided for customer errors, such as improper use of machines or failure to follow posted instructions.
2. Process for Requesting Refunds Customers must provide proof of payment and details of the issue (e.g., receipts, photos) when requesting a refund.

3. Refund Method Approved refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Return Policy for Drop-Off Services Items dropped off for laundry services must be picked up within 7 days of the scheduled completion date. We are not responsible for items left unclaimed after 30 days and reserve the right to donate or dispose of unclaimed items.
5. Liability for Lost or Damaged Items We take reasonable care in handling your items but are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose buttons, fragile fabrics). Lost items must be reported within 24 hours of retrieval. Verified claims will be compensated up to a maximum of [Dollar Amount] per item.
6. Non-Refundable Services No refunds will be provided for completed services, including but not limited to washing, drying, or folding, unless there is a proven fault on our part.
